They understand that almost everyone they know will also need to buy these products somewhere. So they are building a business with the types of products Encoura offers because no one needs to make any additional purchases that they are not already planning to make. Customers just change where they purchase what they need.

Agents understand how important it is to have a number of satisfied customers to support their efforts. Most people enjoy supporting the endeavors of others especially when there is very little effort involved. That is why we train our Agents to look for people who are positive and optimistic or have a pleasant character to be around.
